When you contact us or join the waitlist, we collect the email address and any details you choose to share. If you send us documents (a project folder or sales-order history), we process them only to demonstrate the product to you.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, provide and improve the service, and communicate about Constalytic. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the documents you share to train third-party models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting vendors), and when required by law. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention & your choices
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
